DESIGN

CAD/CAM/PRODUCT MAKING
A completely refined and precise process. Using the master prototype developed by our design team, we create detailed CAD models that bring each jewellery concept to life. These designs are then converted into wax models, which are carefully hand-finished and prepared for casting. Through this process, each piece moves from digital design to a beautifully crafted jewellery form. GEMSTONES AND SETTINGS
A brilliant choice. At NEO GOLD, each gemstone is carefully analyzed, classified, and selected one by one based on its quality, color, size, and weight before it is set into the jewellery. This delicate process requires a sharp eye and a steady hand, ensuring that only the finest stones are chosen for every piece. Once selected, the precious stones are expertly integrated with the metal by our skilled setting artists. POLISHING AND FINISHING
High quality in every detail. The creation of a jewel culminates with careful hand polishing, which serves as a mark of excellence and quality. Our polishing team works with precision, reaching even the smallest detail of each piece to achieve an exquisite and refined finish. Once this process is complete, a unique reference number is engraved on the piece, followed by the brand stamp and BIS hallmark, certifying that the jewellery has been made by NEO GOLD. To complete the process, each jewel undergoes strict quality control to ensure it meets the brand’s exacting standards before it is approved.
